This is made possible by the Cold Extraction Process developed by JURA. In this extraction process, cold water passes through the freshly ground coffee, pulsating under high pressure and with a slow cycle frequency. The fruity aromas are thus optimally absorbed by the water and result in a natural and energising cold beverage.

The X10 can be optionally supplemented with the MDB interface unit  from JURA. As a result, it supports the most common payment systems and offers maximum flexibility and simplicity. Be it for credit cards, badge or mobile payment systems, the choice is open. JURA Pocket Pilot  is also available. In addition to contactless payment, the free software from JURA impresses with a billing and management system.

For maximum professionalism, the GIGA 10 features not just one but two high-performance grinders made of a long-lasting, high-quality ceramic material. Two bean containers with an elegant turbine look are each connected to a separate grinder, allowing you to choose the ideal type of coffee or the optimum blend for every cup. For example, you might choose a more intense, dark roasting to make an aromatic espresso and a medium roasting for a mild lungo or coffee with milk.

For maximum clarity and even more intuitive operation, the GIGA 10 comes with a new touch-operated panel in wide panoramic format. The new panorama panel allows you to see everything at a glance. Navigate intuitively through the wide range of settings in the new user interface. All control elements on the X8 are on the front, clearly visible and easily accessible. The water tank and bean container can also be refilled from the front. To protect them from manipulation, the water tank and bean container come with a locking mechanism as standard. The drip tray and coffee grounds container are ergonomically designed and can be removed with one hand, allowing them to be emptied quickly and cleanly.

The control elements show the clarity of the operating concept. The 2.8” vertical format colour display combined with the large, easily recognisable preparation buttons make operation very straightforward, even for first-time users. The preparation and maintenance buttons can be disabled to prevent unwanted reprogramming or accidental operation while the machine is being cleaned.

As individual as your requirements

Because requirements vary from one situation to another, the WE8 comes with many options for programming and customisation. The amount of ground coffee and water can be adapted to suit personal preferences and the cups and glasses used.

It is also possible to give preference to certain speciality coffees by disabling others. Various modes are available on request that only allow presettings and cup volumes to be changed after entering a certain key combination.
